1.Watch live music at Whistle Binkies
A cool little music venue that has an electric crowd! The drinks aren’t too expensive either, and you’ll get to watch local bands who most likely have odd names!
2. Visit Mary King’s Close
I loved this place, you get escorted down an underground street by a 17th century dressed guide who ill tell you stories about living in the horrors of Edinburgh. You get shown dark rooms told dark depressing stories about the people who once lived there. It was pretty amazing! Its also meant to be one of the most haunted places in the world!
3. Rose Street
Check out Rose street if you’re on a budget and wanting to visit a bar or restaurant. Rose street is filled with places to serve you delicious meals and cheap drink!
4. Dominion Cinema
If you’re into your art deco and movies then you will love this!
5. Edinburgh Castle
The castle is filled with history but also offers some spectacular views of the city too! You can visit the castle every day between 9:30 and 6pm!
6. Arthurs Seat
You can take the trek and head to Arthurs seat to get some seriously spectacular views of the city! The walk takes around 45 minutes but it is well worth it.

8. Witchery by the Castle
Its hidden below the gates to Edinburgh castle. James Thomson’s witchery is one of the most spectacular atmospheric destinations in Edinburgh. The place has some beautiful decor and serves some epic food.
9. Sherwood Hotel
The Sherwood is a 6 bedroom hotel located on the south side of Edinburgh. Its a lovely wee cottage that will make your stay in Edinburgh lovely.
10. Greyfriars Place
The historical church is famous for its cemetery where a little terrier called bobby would watch over his master’s grave.
